This buffet is only opened Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday The food is excellent but the selection is limited. Fantasy Springs has a much wider selection but the quality while is good Aqua Caliente is much better. Agua Caliente is less money. One casino buffet, at neighboring Valley View Casino & Hotel, has come back online. The casino recently announced via social media that the buffet had opened with a new format that had servers.
